All you slappers take note! This Jaydee bass is the forerunner of the Mark King model and produces all the sounds that the great man made popular. It has lacquered brass hardware and the electrics allow for passive and active modes. In active mode the three band equalisation allows the player to create a huge range of diverse sounds from a deep dub and reggae sound, through a Rickenbacker like honk, right up to the hoolow mid sound favoured by the likes of Mr King and George Anderson, famed bass player with Shakatak. The guitar comes in a fitted flight case. |
