Fender Stratocaster. Black. Rosewood fingerboard. Hard shell case. |

Non-tremolo (hardtail) Stratocasters have a different sound and feel to their more plentiful tremolo equipped cousins. Maybe it's because the strings pass through the body but they sound fuller and more 'woody'. This particular guitar is no exception. The neck pickup is especially impressive and the out of phase neck/middle sound is really bluesy in a Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robert Cray or Mark Knopfler way. The gleaming black finish has a few minor blemishes but this guitar plays and sounds like a dream. Comes in an original Fender hard shell case. |
