This is the classic-look Fender Strat. Sunburst with black scratchplate, tremolo and maple neck. A guitar that has been the mainstay of popular music since Buddy Holly burst onto the scene in the fifties, right through to the latest Brit pop bands. Just about every guitarist of note has been seen with a Strat, not surprising when you consider the huge range of tonal options that are available. This particular instrument is in above average condition. It has a few minor blemishes but the frets are in excellent condition and, barring the brass nut, it is as it was when it came out of the Fender factory in Fullerton twenty five years ago. It has the original tremolo arm and even comes with the 'ashtray' bridge cover! The fitted hard case is in excellent condition. |
