Here's a timewarp Precision bass! It was originally owned by the army - the Royal Corps of Transport band no less! It would appear that this bass spent more time being polished than played! Original frets are virtually unmarked though the body and neck show some signs of use. As with many early seventies Precision basses, the body is incredibly light and the neck is satisfyingly chunky. The Fender logo hard shell case is in good condition though it does carry the reminder of it's history - the army stencils serial numbers on everything! |
